Schedule of Events

Make sure to check out the Fundraising Events happening prior to the tournament!
Friday May 4
4:00 PM - All tournament boats / anglers must be off the water.
4:00 – 5:30 PM - Tournament registration – LOCATION TBD
5:30 – 6:30 PM - Tournament briefing, boat position determination, rules review.

Saturday, May 5
5:30 AM  - Boat check begins, off site parking at fairgrounds two blocks away. Shuttle available if needed. Coffee and sweet rolls at the ramp.
6:30 AM - All boats must be at the ramp, in line for boat check. Late arrivals will be held
                 until after the field launches.
7:00 AM - Ease off begins
3:30 PM - Flight 1 check in. Subsequent flights staged at 15 min. intervals
5:30 PM - Tournament banquet begins – Location TBD
6:00 – 8:00 PM - Banquet program, prize drawings, auctions, etc..

Sunday, May 6
5:30 AM - Boat check begins, off site parking at fairgrounds two blocks away. Shuttle
                 available if needed. Continental breakfast at the ramp.
6:30 AM  - All boats must be at the ramp, in line for boat check. Late arrivals will be held
                 until after the field launches.
7:00 AM - Ease off begins
3:30 PM - Flight 1 check in. Subsequent flights staged at 15 min. intervals
4:30 PM - Awards ceremony
5:00 PM -  Random draw for cash and prizes
