Alternate Date and Procedure

For

2011 Dick Hiley St Jude Bass Classic

 

In the event of high water resulting in the rescheduling of the Dick Hiley St Jude Bass Classic we will implement the following:

 

Decision Date: 

We will wait until April 20, 2011 to make the final decision.  This will give teams a full week to practice for the event.

 

Entry Fees:

Entries will be accepted according to the following;  Received by April 8  Fee is $350  April 2 through April 22 Fee is $400.  If your team cannot fish the alternate date we will refund your entry fee.

 

Alternate Date: 

 Alternate dates are August 6 and August 7, 2011

 

Additional Entries:

 Additional entries will be accepted at the $400 rate for the August dates through July 29, 2011.  After that date no more entries will be accepted.

 

Fundraising Dollars:

All moneys raised for this event will be given to St Jude and cannot be credited to next year’s event.

 

We are hopeful this tournament come off as planned and will do our best to treat everyone fairly in the event it cannot.
